Doug is Chief HR Officer for Hillwood and Perot Companies, where he has served since 2006. For over 20 years Doug has held senior leadership roles in Corporate HR, HR Outsourcing and Information Technology including positions at Expedia, Xerox and Bristol Hotels. Doug holds a BA in Psychology and Business, a Master of Business Administration, and professional certifications in Human Resources, Compensation, and Executive & Professional Coaching. Dureau is a seasoned non-profit and for-profit board member, having served in various capacities including Chairman, President, Vice President, Executive Committee, and Compensation Committee Chair.

Doug and his wife Kelli live in Prosper Texas where they raise four children ranging in age from eight to eighteen. Doug is a graduate of Pathways class 318 and says that his Pathways experience has allowed him to present his authentic self to others in a way that fosters real and meaningful relationships.
